DELIVERY
Products shall be delivered by courier within 2-3 weeks on average after ordering.
Delivery date may be delayed due to holiday inclusion, product inventory, and courier circumstances.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Request Period
Requests for exchange/refund related to simple change of mind and size/color complaints shall be acceptable within 10 days of delivery completion.
If the product is different from the description/advertisement or the contract, you can request within 3 months from the date of receiving the product or within 30 days from the date you knew the fact (the day you can know it).
Return (Delivery) Cost
If there is a defect in the product or if it is different from the description/advertisement or the contract, the Return (delivery) cost of the product is free.
However, in the case of exchange/refund due to your simple change of mind and size/color complaint, the courier fee shall be borne by you.
Refusal for Exchange/Refund
Withdrawal of subscription may be refused in the following cases according to Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce:
In case the product is lost or damaged due to customer responsibility. However, except in the case of unpacking to check the contents;
In case 7 days have passed since the customer received the product;
In case the value of the product has decreased due to unpacking and using the product or the completion of installation;
In case the value of the product is significantly reduced over time and resale is impossible;
In case the packaging of a replicable product is damaged (DVD, CD, book, etc.);
In case the installation is completed after the customer checks for abnormalities (home appliances, furniture, fitness equipment, etc.);
In case of product that is individually manufactured according to the customer's request (initial display product, size customized product, etc.);
In case the component of the purchased product is missing (cosmetic set, accessory with clothing, home appliance accessory, free gift, etc.);
Besides, product exchange, refund, and compensation for defects of the product are based on the consumer dispute resolution standards (notified by the Fair Trade Commission).
